  • The moment everyone has been waiting for!

I have created a 365-Day Journal Prompt book to coincide with my recently published book Finding Your Truest You!

The prompts can begin as soon as you receive the book, or on a specific holiday or you can wait til January.

It will cover topics addressed in my book like Authenticity, Healing, Spirituality, and Self-Love.

There is no right or wrong way to use the journal. Write every day or when the spirit leads you.

May these reflections bring you closer to peace, to purpose, and most of all, to Finding Your Truest You!https://www.facebook.com/share/v/17LzSbZiwx/

  • Don’t hide in the phone booth or behind anything else in life!

Do you ever hide behind something? Maybe you hide behind a smile when you are really hurting inside. This smile might be a shield, protecting you from the outside world, making it seem like everything is fine even when it’s not. It can often feel like a necessity to keep up appearances, yet doing so can sometimes deepen the emotional wounds we are trying to conceal.

Perhaps you hide behind the busyness of your schedule, filling every waking moment with tasks and distractions. This constant hustle might keep you from having to confront deeper issues. It can feel safer to be busy, to avoid moments of stillness where uncomfortable thoughts and feelings might surface. But this relentless pace can eventually lead to burnout, leaving you feeling even more disconnected and exhausted.

Or maybe you are simply hiding behind the world’s idea and opinion of you, allowing societal expectations to stifle your true self and creativity. It’s easy to get lost in trying to meet others’ expectations, conforming to norms and standards that don’t reflect your true essence. This can be stifling, preventing you from expressing your unique talents and perspectives.

If you are hiding behind anything, I encourage you to come into the light. Come out from wherever you are hiding from, face your fears, and embrace your authentic self. Stand up for yourself and your values, regardless of what others might think. It might be challenging at first, but allowing yourself to be seen and heard can be incredibly liberating. By stepping into your true self, you not only honor your own journey but also inspire others to do the same. Embrace your imperfections and vulnerabilities as part of your unique story and let them become the source of your strength and authenticity.

In my journey as a Self Discovery Speaker and Author at Resilient, I’ve witnessed the profound transformation that occurs when individuals embrace the journey of self-discovery. It’s not merely about finding oneself; it’s about delving deep into the core of who they are and uncovering the essence of true identity. Join me as I explore the empowering process of self-discovery and its ability to illuminate the path toward personal growth and fulfillment.

    Embracing Authenticity

Authenticity serves as the cornerstone of self-discovery. It involves peeling away the layers of societal expectations and external influences to reveal the authentic self that lies beneath. Embracing my own true authenticity has been liberating, allowing me to honor my unique qualities, quirks, and passions without reservation.

    Navigating Life’s Challenges

The journey of self-discovery is not without its challenges. During my journey, I encountered obstacles and setbacks, testing my resilience. However, these challenges served as opportunities for growth and introspection. By confronting adversity head-on, I was able to cultivate a deeper understanding of myself and emerge stronger than ever before.

    Finding Purpose

At the heart of self-discovery lies purpose. Through self-reflection and observation, I unearthed a profound sense of purpose that drives me forward each day. As a Self Discovery Speaker and Author, I am passionate about helping others embark on their own journeys of self-discovery, empowering them to uncover their true identities and live authentically.

    The Transformative Power of Self-Reflection

Self-reflection is a powerful tool in the journey of self-discovery. By setting aside time for relaxation, meditation, exercise and other forms of stress release, I gained clarity on my values, beliefs, and aspirations. Journaling, and mindfulness practices have been invaluable in fostering self-awareness and guiding me towards personal growth and fulfillment.

    Embracing Change

Self-discovery is an ongoing process of growth and evolution. It requires a willingness to embrace change and step outside of your comfort zone. By remaining open to new experiences and perspectives, you will continue to expand your horizons and uncover new facets of your identity. I know I did.

  • A Quiet Pause, A New Chapter

    It’s been a while.

I hadn’t planned to step away for so long, but as life often reminds us, sometimes we need to go quiet for a while to truly listen—both to the world around us and the one within. I’ve missed this space, and I’ve missed you.

The past months have been a mix of introspection, stillness, and yes—writing. Not the kind of writing that ends up neatly formatted in a blog post, but the raw, messy, soul-deep kind that slowly becomes a book. Or maybe more than one….

There’s something sacred about stepping away from the noise, away from constant updates and quick captions, to create something that asks more of me. Something that requires time, heart, and a lot of patience. Writing a book is less like building a house and more like growing a garden—you plant seeds, wait, prune, water, doubt, replant—and eventually, you begin to see what it’s becoming.

So, where have I been? In short: I’ve been writing. And wrestling. And rewriting. I’ve been letting stories stretch and settle. I’ve been exploring themes that scare me, excite me, and leave me with more questions than answers. I’ve been learning how to trust the slow process of creating something meaningful.

I won’t pretend it’s been easy. But it’s been necessary.

And now, I’m slowly returning—with new words to share, new lessons learned, and a deeper gratitude for the time it takes to make something honest.

If you’re still here, thank you. Truly. Your presence means more than I can say. I look forward to opening this space back up—sharing parts of this journey, inviting your thoughts, and reconnecting over the things that move us.
